About

I joined the Institute for Artificial Intelligence at the University of Bremen in 2015 to pursue a PhD under supervision of Prof. Michael Beetz. My research focus is the symbolic common sense knowledge representation using episodic memories to learn about complex manipulation tasks for robots, this by the use of logic and ground knowledge representation from tasks.

Before joining the group I studied Mechatronics (Bachelor) at the University of the Mexican Valley and Computational Neuroscience and Cognitive Robotics (MSc) at the University of Birmingham (UK), where I worked as research assistant at the CNCR group. After finishing my studies in Mexico, I joined the Golem group in the Computer Science department at the Research Institute of Applied Mathematics and Systems at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
