I am a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Michael Beetz. My current research focus is on knowledge representation for robots.

Prior to joining IAI, I got my M.Sc. from KOVAN Research Laboratory at the Middle East Technical University (METU) under the supervision of Dr. Erol Şahin and Dr. Erhan Öztop. My thesis was about developing ability of grasp on iCub, an open-source humanoid robotic platform. Besides this, I also worked on developing traversability affordances for robots, such as a Kurt3D and a walking Lego Mindstorms, and developing adjective and noun concepts for humanoid robots. The backbones of all these studies were Robot Operating System (ROS) and Point Cloud Library (PCL).
