I received my M.Sc. degree in [[http://www.ceng.metu.edu.tr/|Computer Engineering]] from [[http://www.metu.edu.tr/|Middle East Technical University]] (METU), where I was affiliated with [[http://kovan.ceng.metu.edu.tr|KOVAN Research Laboratory]], working on the European FP7 project [[http://cordis.europa.eu/project/rcn/85547_en.html|ROSSI]] under the supervision of [[http://kovan.ceng.metu.edu.tr/~erol|Assoc. Prof. Erol Şahin]] and [[http://robotics.ozyegin.edu.tr/members/erhan-oztop/|Assoc. Prof. Erhan Öztop]]. My master thesis was on developing the ability of grasp for [[http://www.icub.org/|iCub]], an open-source humanoid robotic platform. Besides this, I also worked on developing traversability affordances for robots, such as a [[http://plum.eecs.jacobs-university.de/download/mechrob2004/node3.html|Kurt3D]] and a walking [[http://mindstorms.lego.com/en-us/Default.aspx|Lego Mindstorms]], and developing adjective and noun concepts for humanoid robots. I have got my B.Sc. degree with high honours in [[http://www.cs.bilkent.edu.tr/|Computer Engineering]] from [[http://www.bilkent.edu.tr/|Bilkent University]] where [[http://kovan.ceng.metu.edu.tr/~asil/magic/a/Welcome.html|my graduation project]] was developing a simulation for The Multi Autonomous Ground-robotic International Challenge 2010. | I spent Summer'2017 as a summer intern with [[http://www.jsk.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp|JSK Lab.]] at the [[http://www.u-tokyo.ac.jp/en/|University of Tokyo]] under the supervision of [[http://www.jsk.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~k-okada/index-e.html|Assoc.
