Prior to joining [[http://ai.uni-bremen.de/|IAI]], I got my M.Sc. degree from [[http://kovan.ceng.metu.edu.tr|KOVAN Research Laboratory]] at the [[http://www.metu.edu.tr/|Middle East Technical University]] (METU) under the supervision of [[http://kovan.ceng.metu.edu.tr/~erol|Assoc. Prof. Erol Şahin]] and [[http://www.cns.atr.jp/~erhan|Assist. Prof. Erhan Öztop]]. My master thesis is on developing the ability of grasp for [[http://www.icub.org/|iCub]], an open-source humanoid robotic platform. Besides this, I also worked on developing traversability affordances for robots, such as a [[http://plum.eecs.jacobs-university.de/download/mechrob2004/node3.html|Kurt3D]] and a walking [[http://mindstorms.lego.com/en-us/Default.aspx|Lego Mindstorms]], and developing adjective and noun concepts for humanoid robots.
